Job Description

  • Maximize the network services stability and ensure high uptime in Hub and Spoke network and Campus network
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving the ISP network problems and identify the potential issues
  • Monitor the network errors, performance issues and escalate the alerts when required
  • Follow up on tickets with internal stakeholders and providers
  • Deliver the network services to meet the project timeline
  • Manage cable contractors in structured cabling
  • Coverage/quality/capacity analysis and troubleshooting, convert it into actionable insights/knowledge/solution proposal
  • Willing to work in extended hours and perform standby duty after office hour
  • Travelling Required (30%)

Requirements

  • Diploma in Network Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Engineering / IT related field
  • Prefer certified network professional in CISCO ( CCNA/CCNP)
  • 3-5 years of experiences in Network Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in Medium/Large enterprise or ISP Industry ( Prefer)
  • Strong understanding of network hardware and technologies
  • Hub-spoke networking, DMVPN, SDWAN and Campus Network
  • Good knowledge of local ISP Infrastructure
  • Circuit Inventory and Billing
  • Capacity Planning
