Policy and Process Improvement Officer

 Job Description:

Job Purpose:

This is a position where the role holder is primarily accountable for driving the delivery of all major projects including new products (processes) & process enhancements so that bank can mitigate the error rate due to the process deficiency and gain more internal control. Role holder is also responsible in assistance of innovative products and solutions that are geared towards client needs in order to differentiate products and solutions from competitors offerings and contribute to revenue growth. Role holder is also responsible for continuously reviewing the internal process and policy against regulator policies, market condition and software capacity. Then provide the necessary improvement to provide the best customer experience and hasslefree transaction processing by the internal employee.Moreover, this role holder must play in role of training the internal employee (especially branch employee) to under the products, processes and sales pitch of Deposit BU in order to provide the best customer service, grow deposit and revenue and building public trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and execution of the BUs business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to reduce the error rate and processing time of transaction at the branches.
  • Review the internal process and policies. Then enhance as necessarily in order to be in CBM compliance and smoother operations.
  • Management of Instruction in Digital way to retrieve easily as and when its needed.
  • Grow and nurture the internal employee especially at delivering the deposit product and performing the transaction.
  • Build and ensure the effective internal communication from HO to Branches.
  • Assisting to roll out of all major VC project implementation or product enhancement with Technology, Finance, Legal and/or other internal functions (as needed) in order to drive the business required results.
  • Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices based on leading practices to boost processes and productivity and to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Builds strong relationships with partners and the branches.
  • Carry out any other duties/projects which may rise and assigned by the Head of BU from time to time

  • Project Management Process design Powerpoint, Excel and Word (Branch Instruction PreparationMinimum 3 years experience in analysing banking process and then workfor process efficiency.With strong banking knowledge, identified the loopholes of the branch instructions, then update the branch instruction according to the market needs
