Operation Training Specialist
Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The objective of this role is to create and implement training programs for the KBZPay Operation Function, aimed the improving employees soft skills and competencies through the product, process and system knowledge necessary for job enlargement, job enrichment, improve the performance in order to attain higher customer satisfaction, productivity and collaboration of cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other internal teams and senior management to determine gaps in skills and knowledge and perform a thorough training needs analysis within KBZPay Operations.
- Communicate the departmental training programs on a timely basis.
- Share up-to date information and arrange section to operation teams timely
- Oversee or develop the production of manuals, instruction materials, aids, and classroom handouts.
- Supervise structured learning experiences and assess the effectiveness.
- Monthly assessment for Knowledge Quiz to team leaders and AFH.
- Evaluate employees' skills and performance quality.
- Identify training needs according to operational service requirements.
- Implement and track service operation training KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Provide detailed reports on training outcomes and improvement areas.
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image with high-quality training programs.
- Work closely with the KBZPay Operation Training Manager to align training initiatives with operations needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Good understanding/ interest of digital tools/ technology and latest trends.
- At least 2 years experience in service operation training or communication.
- 1-2 years in retail or business environment.
