• Manage KBZPay payroll transaction processing and ensure timely salary disbursement for corporate clients.
• Coordinate with corporate clients to collect necessary payroll files and validate data for accuracy.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless payroll execution.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, payroll regulations, and data security standards.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in payroll operations.
• Support audit and compliance reviews related to payroll services.
• Willing to work overtime, when needed, to complete the jobs in time and for good results.

JS of Operations Support

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in banking operations, payroll processing, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
