Assistant Product Manager

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned product(s), including its features, capabilities, and value proposition.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs related to the product(s).
  • Assist the Product Manager in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, manuals, and FAQs.
  • Provide training to internal teams, including sales, support, and marketing, on product features, benefits, and positioning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for product(s), providing technical assistance and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, support team, marketing, and Call Center, to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
  • Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure product quality and stability.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, and provide insights to the Product Manager.
  • Availability to work outside of standard work hours when needed

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of working experience in banking industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects/tasks at one time meet established deadlines
  • Advanced user of MS office technologies: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
