Liaison Officer

 Job Description:

  • To assist Managing Director and team in coordinating meetings, presentation, and other office related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments.
  • Taking meeting minutes, following up on work to be done,
  • Making sure that follow-up is in place for outstanding items discussed at the meetings held by the managing director, by working with second layer leaders individually,
  • Arranging and scheduling travel plans when required,
  • Manage communication of information in and out of the office; prepare correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); prepare outgoing mail for executives
  • To assist PMO with projects and ah hoc requirements as necessary for the business pillar,
  • To assist in preparation of presentation materials, using PowerPoint/ excel/ word where necessary,
  • Proper house-keeping of the records and filling,
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment- repair or replace malfunctioning equipment and to hire technicians when required,
  • Monitor office supplies; order and re-stock as needed,
  • Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times, and other ad-hoc jobs as required under Wholesale Banking Head.
  • Be able to work under pressure and a good team player
  • Be able to achieve assignment / project assigned within timeline/schedule
