Fraud Prevention Officer

Job Description 

The ideal role of this Fraud Prevention Officer is to assist to senior fraud prevention officer with day-to-day activities for fraud prevention tasks and communicate with the relevant departments.

  • Research on types of frauds and fraud strategies and updated to senior officer
  • Analysis risk assessment on the various types of frauds that can be impacted on KBZPay products
  • Identify on the issues of KBZPay fraud and fraud related matters for fraud prevention purpose
  • Assist to line mangers for all fraud prevention matters and to make fraud awareness program and to prepare the presentation slides or relevant polices or SOPs for fraud prevention purpose
  • Maintain all the documents if require
  • Track and follow up action items to the relevant stakeholders when require
  • Liaise with the relevant stakeholders regarding KBZPay matters


Job Requirement

  • Any Degree
  • 1 or 2 years in branch or digital wallet operations experience or fraud management experiences
