Business Analyst (Digital Banking)
Job Description:
The Business Analyst serves as a bridge between the business community and IT, focusing on identifying customer needs and business challenges. Leveraging strong analytical skills, the analyst develops effective solutions to enhance digital banking services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and improving user experience.
Description
-Examine and analyze user requirements, so as to prepare detailed functional specifications and related documents.
-Perform application testing including functional and interfaces, etc. from test strategy, test planning, design and execution.
-Support user acceptance testing such as problem resolution, tracking, escalation and closure.
-Execute implementation activities and support post implementation.
-Support daily BAU activity.
-Prepare the business scenario and test scripting
-Reviews business scenarios and test scripting in ensuring they are in line with the business requirements.
-Support clarification from the testing team on the test plans and during test execution.
-Plan and execute functional and System Integration Test.
-Support User Acceptance Testing
-Required to work closely with the business units and the technical development teams on all system implementation projects as well as maintenance ones
-Provide User Training and support customers to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan.
-Willingness and ability to learn relevant skills and tools on the job.
Requirements
-Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline.
-2 years of IT business analyst experiences
-Data Analytics experiences
-Good communication and negotiation skill
-Ability to multitask and work on tight schedules.
-Excellent communication skills(verbal and written) in both
-Myanmar and English language
