Learning Program Officer

 Job Description:

The Learning Program Officer plays a key role in the successful execution of training programs by coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. This role ensures that all learning initiatives are effectively planned, resourced, facilitated, and reported, supporting the banks overall capability development objectives.

  • Create the training schedules for all programs that are developed by the curriculum development specialists.
  • Foresee the requirements of the training programs for smooth implementation.
  • Laison with learning operation team and digital learning team to allocate the necessary resources for each program
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outsource vendors who involved in training schedule
  • Cooperate in trainee selection process according to the guidelines of the line manager.
  • Negotiate with trainers, trainees and regional in charges to ensure the learning objectives of the programs are meet.
  • Conduct the training programs as a facilitator.
  • Prepare attendance records, feedback reports and training reports
  • Assist the line manager in training program development
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Bacheloe Degree Holder
  • Certified trainer is more preferable
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to details
  • At least 1 years of experience in training coordination or other related coordination role
  • Banking experience is plus
  • Working in very dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
