Assistant Product Manager
Job Description:
To assist and collaborate in product development and management.
To manage a cross-functional team to provide creative solutions that satisfy clients and accelerate company expansion.
To deliver successful products to market, you will combine data-driven decision making, agile processes, and a customer-obsessed approach.
- Assist in design, and development of new and ongoing product enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering product features.
- Work closely with internal teams to prioritise tasks and requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications, requirements, and development processes.
- Prepare training slides, FAQs and user guides for new products and services to respective teams and trainers.
- Participate in preparing BRD, CR and project documents.
- Assist in developing SOP to align with product features.
- Monitor the product and user complaints to ensure that features are working correctly and are free of bugs.
- Handle product related complaints.
- Participate in identifying trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements and improvements.
- Other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in product management environment.
