Digital Product Management Lead

 Job Description:

Leading the Mini App Products lifecycle development and management of the product portfolio, ensuring that it meets user needs and business objectives. Optimizing the value of Mini App products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and initiate the development of new and innovative products for KBZPay Mini App that drive value and revenue growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements and features for the KBZPay Mini App.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to release and post-release support.
  • Clearly express Product Backlog items.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and behavior, and use this information to inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, wireframes, and other product documentation.
  • Manage the Product Manager team and recruit, train, and manage a high-performing product team to deliver product development objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Works closely with BI team to integrate app analytics to global BI/Data framework
  • A growth hacking role, using analytics and insights to improve existing features and customer journeys, implement new ones and define tactical campaigns to drive customer acquisition and activity.
  • Use A/B testing and other techniques to optimize product features and user experience.
  • Identify areas for growth and revenue expansion through analysis of product performance and user feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in the finance or e-commerce industry.
  • 4 years and above experience in managing the products.
