Job Description:
JD of Product Support
- Provide technical and functional support for KBZ Payroll solutions esp; in UAT testings Assist in troubleshooting payroll-related issues and coordinate with IT or relevant cross functional teams to resolve them.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on payroll system functionalities.
- Collaborate with the product development team to enhance payroll solutions based on customer feedback.
- Maintain documentation for payroll products, including FAQs, user manuals, and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and payroll policies when supporting clients.
JS of Product Support
- Bachelors degree in IT, or a related field.
- Experience in product support, payroll systems, or banking technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical queries.
- Familiarity with banking and payroll software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical users.
- Willing to work overtime, when needed, to complete the jobs in time and for good results
