Job Description

A business support specialist perform day to day Business support operations to help keep the business running smoothly. You may also build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and customers.

  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative and productive stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective flow of information.
  • Maintain daily BAU operation of the business (reconciliation, settlement, issues & dispute resolution, etc)
  • Ensure all the customer issues are resolved on time
  • Resolving customer complaints in person or via phone and mail
  • Prepare Operation SOP & User manuals documentations

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Customer service or Consumer operation
  • Excellent Analytical thinking, proactive and creative Strong Teamwork & excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective negotiation, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and call center tools
  • Good command in English for both verbal and written
  • Being able to stay OT when it is required
  • Knowledge of banking, finance and project management
