Relationship Manager(NBFI)

 Job Description:

The role holder is responsible for facilitating and maintaining good relationships with banks and NBFIs. The ideal candidate is expected to help resolve
operational issues with counterparties. He
/She is also responsible for providing customers with adequate information about the banks products/services,and for retaining and cross-selling to customers.

Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs)

  • Act as point of contact for establishing and maintaining business relationship with NBFIs
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, comprising MFIs, NBFIs, Insurers, and extending the client base
  • Evaluate new clients, structure credit facilities, perform credit assessment, cash flow projections and loan documentations
  • Follow up and resolve client inquiries / issues through continuous interaction with clients, bankers, product partners, branch operations and other staffs Address and support commercial trade and remittance businesses
  • Support client service as dedicated professional when needed in handling the day-to-day client activities / requests for processing.
  • Provide exhaustive assistance in the resolution of commercial customers complex inquiries and issues.
  • Follow up and resolve client inquires / problems through interaction with clients, bankers, product partners, branch operations and other staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep abreast with Banks latest Corp. products to ensure customers know about latest products offers.
  • Liaising with internal department to solve clients issue and to fulfill customers satisfaction.
  • Negotiate legal documents related to payroll agreement, service level agreement, bank guarantee to get to the standard format.
  • Attend relevant internal and external corporate meetings, seminars and networking events.
  • Engage in clients meeting and provide feedbacks on Bank products and services.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Finance, Economics or other business management discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role in a Bank.
  • Strategic relationship development and credit analysis/loan structuring experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with ability to coordinate with product partners and support functions.
  • Able to handle complex client relationships independently.
  • Strong understanding of various financial market.
  • Efficient execution of assignments within a short time frame.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Chinese would be a plus.
