Executive Assistnt
Job Description:
Responsible to assist and manage correspondences of DCEO-2, within internal departments and stakeholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist the DCEO-2 and team in coordinating meetings, presentation, and other office related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments.
- Taking meeting minutes, following up on work to be done,
- Making sure that follow-up is in place for outstanding items discussed at the meetings held by the managing director, by working with second layer leaders individually,
- Arranging and scheduling travel plans when required,
- Manage communication of information in and out of the office; prepare correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); prepare outgoing mail for executives
- To assist PMO with projects and ad hoc requirements as necessary for the business pillar,
- To assist in preparation of presentation materials, using PowerPoint/ excel/ word where necessary,
- Proper house-keeping of the records and filing,
- Monitor and maintain office equipment- repair or replace malfunctioning equipment and to hire technicians when required,
- Monitor office supplies; order and re-stock as needed,
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times, and other ad-hoc jobs as required under Wholesale Banking Head.
- Be able to work under pressure and a good team player
- Be able to achieve assignment / project assigned within timeline/schedule
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in Administration or Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative or liaison roles.
- Communicable in both written and spoken English, is required.
- Strong integrity and a passion for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, excel, word)
