Computer Service Technician

 Job Description:

Job Purpose

  • The role holder is responsible for the Devices team daily task in-house received computer repair and maintenance.
  • Roll out service on site support for devices general issue.
  • Report to Operation Lead Deputy Head via In-charge.

Job Description

  • Computer Repair (Desktop, Laptop)
  • Other Devices Hardware setup, installation and troubleshooting
  • (Video conferencing, Mobile devices, Projector) etc.
  • Operating System OS installation, other software installation
  • Computer remote support and User request phone call error solving
  • Roll out service on-site support (able to travel)
  • Network cabling, termination, IP configuration, Connection testing
  • Network sharing (Files, FTP, Printer)
  • Domain AD user support knowledge
  • Must have experiences for office end users support knowledges
  • Able to work collaboratively with team members
  • Good personalities and language skill

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and equivalent work experiences.
  • Minimum 2 years in related IT experience.
  • Computer repair and maintenance.
  • Server and network general knowledge.
