Job Description 

  • Understanding the whole process of what youre working on. Deliver Sketches, Wireframe, Hi-fidelity prototypes, and sometimes flowcharts. Design Layout, UI components, Icons, Simple Illustrations and photo editing. Systematically handoff design elements to the code development teams. Keep and update the Design library or System. Learn new things and combine with your creativity.Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and Hi-fi mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, new, functions, and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate on user research datas.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and business owners.
  • Understand product specifications and user psychology
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
  • Create personas through user research and data
  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
  • Learn user interaction and needs.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in Creative Design or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with UI/UX design
  • Highly-motivated self-starter with a passion for making high quality software
  • Strong communication skills, strong sense of ownership and drive
  • Willing to stand firm on own ideas but also at the same time flexible enough to listen to and accept others ideas
