Curriculum Development Supervisor

 Job Description:

  • Understand nature of business operation and develop relevant curriculum.
  • Support training need analysis for every level of staffs and identify skill gaps.
  • Developing e-learning modules, soft skill programs and Functional skill training module.
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training.
  • Update training curriculum regularly based on organizational goal.
  • Support online and face to face training programs.
  • Support market research and initiative creative training programs.
  • Effectiveness, ROI and area of improvement for future training programs.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training technologies, trends, developments and best practices.
  • Encourage employees for training and create life-long learning culture.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong curriculum development (hard and soft) skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office and G suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives, with a focus on achieving high standards of training excellence.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a learning and development role, with a focus on curriculum development and training.
