- Tool Management: Support in maintaining and updating tools/software for operational efficiency.
- Training Support: Help with onboarding new team members and assist in delivering basic training.
- User Assistance: Provide day-to-day support for team queries and tool-related troubleshooting.
- Communication: Share updates, changes, and best practices within the team.
- Coordination: Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operational alignment.
- Compliance: Follow established policies and ensure quality standards are met.

Job Requirement
- At least 1 years experience in operations roles
- Experience at a tech company or content is preferred.
- Minimum Bachelors degree
