Engagement Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking self-motivated and innovative professionals to join our Payroll Business Unit inthe roles of Engagement Officer, Product Support, and Operations Support. As part of a team dedicated to KBZ Payroll Business Unit, each of you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our Payroll merchants.
JD of Engagement Officer
- Be part of a team to engage merchants for Payroll clients.
- Provide required product trainings to clients and respective users
- Ensure after sale activities to address any gaps left in both pre-sales and sales activities.
- Execute clients segmentation and engagement strategies to create win-win outcomes for our customers, the bank and the merchants.
- Provide support to address clients issues related to the use of KBZPay Payroll portal, ibanking Payroll portal.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure clients issues and requirements are resolved within the SLA.
JS of Engagement Officer
- Possess a bachelor degree (Prefer related diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Customer Service)
- Proficient in English language
- Excellent customer service skill and communication skill
- Strong organizational and influential skills
- Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
- Skilled in oratory and presentation
- Willing to work overtime, when needed, to complete the jobs in time and for good results
