The role holder is responsible to handle requests to gather information and make decisions to effectively manage the project. The role holder is to manage multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organisation and time management skills. The role is being positioned to assist the Team Lead of Project Management to bring together the entire key stakeholders requirement.

• Work on detail requirement gathering, analysis, develop/document requirements solution and design

• Develop detail project plan to track the progress

• Support Project execution, including coordination across individual project working groups and monitoring progress on the detailed plans to accomplish the Project objectives on time

• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

• Document and following up on important actions and decisions

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Deliver the stakeholders expectations. And ensure that they are satisfied with the results.

• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project

• Work together with internal teams to develop SOWs that are in line with business/technical requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, third parties/vendors and subject matter experts

• Works closely with technical leaders on the delivery team, understands/facilitates technical discussions with the team and supports.

• Collaborate in system testing whenever it is necessary to achieve the bank's objectives.

• Manage a few projects in a fast-paced working environment parallelly.

• Need to work a minimum of one year.

• Two months notice is required to submit resignation.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (or) Equivalent degree in IT field.

• Minimum 2 years working experience in IT Project Management

• Strong understanding about the end-to-end process of a project and product

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• JIRA experience is useful.
