Product Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a Product specialist to report to the product manager, provides specialized support and expertise for specific products within a company's portfolio. He/she focus on understanding product features, market trends, and customer needs, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product launches, ongoing support, and continuous improvement
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the assigned product(s), including its features, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs related to the product(s).
- Assist the Product Manager in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, manuals, and FAQs.
- Provide training to internal teams, including sales, support, and marketing, on product features, benefits, and positioning.
- Serve as a point of contact for product(s), providing technical assistance and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas for product improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, support team, marketing, and Call Center, to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
- Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure product quality and stability.
- Monitor product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, and provide insights to the Product Manager.

- Banking Experience
- Loan Product Knowledge- preferable
- IT Knowledge- must have
