Assistant Marketing Manager
Job Description:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities among three key stakeholders: the Mini App BU, merchants, and the respective business units (e.g., Marketing for KBZPay).

1. Campaign Management
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine campaign strategies.
2. Event Management
- Plan, organize, and execute events, including trade shows, roadshows, product launches, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and promotional strategies for events.
- Evaluate post-event performance and report on outcomes and learnings.
3. Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster community growth.
- Track and report social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Collaboration and Coordination
- Work with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce marketing materials.
- Liaise with external partners, agencies, and influencers for collaborations and sponsorships.
- Support the Sales and Product teams in promotional efforts and customer engagement activities.
5. Data and Reporting
- Use analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns, events, and social media initiatives.
- Prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a calendar of activities and ensure timely execution of all initiatives.
Job Requirement
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management or equivalent
- English language competency
- Minimum of 4 Years Experience
- Must be able to type in both English and Burmese.
- Self-motivated and Organized
- Excellent Communicator in person or over the phone and through email
- Influencing and Leadership Skills
- Passionate commitment to delivering products on time
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Experience with project management and event planning.
