Business Support (Institutional Banking)

 Job Description:

The role holder is responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment, and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Relationship Managers in preparing the credit files
  • Assist Monitoring Team by ensuring data update and follow-up checks on the RMs.
  • Manage customers accounts and keep information updated
  • Prepare the meeting minutes
  • Collect and check the required documents with regards to Account Opening and Loan Documents
  • Liaise with internal department to solve clients issues and to fulfill customer satisfaction.
  • BU administrations.
  • Performing additional duties where needed.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Management, Economics, computer science or equivalent.
  • Able to command in both English and Myanmar
  • Comfortable in business analysis and data management tools.
  • Basic credit assessment for commercial or corporate businesses.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with ability to coordinate with product partners and support functions.
  • Able to adapt to fast-changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge in various corporate banking products.
