Senior Sales Officer (Card)

 Job Description:

The role holder is responsible to develop and execute the plans, support the team head and work with a wide range of stakeholdersincluding product teams, sales teams and marketing departments to achieve the business goals.

  • Lead and perform all sales-related activities as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Make outbound calls to request appointments with potential clients and business partners.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Assist in merchant negotiations and onboarding for credit card promotions and conduct business meetings with merchants for monthly campaigns.
  • Coordinate with merchants to establish and maintain credit card privilege partnerships.
  • Manage VIP home service arrangements for both new and renewing credit card customers.
  • Handle credit card application processes, especially from payroll companies and priority clients.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing contracts for merchant partners.
  • Prepare and update daily and weekly plans and schedules for all sales activities.
  • Submit daily reports and updates to the Sales Manager and respond proactively to instructions and assist with tasks as needed by the Sales team
  • Work closely with the Marcomms team to develop and launch marketing promotions or campaigns.
  • Research and analyze emerging markets and business trends to uncover new opportunities.
  • Respond flexibly to ad-hoc tasks and support the Sales team as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or similar field
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and sales pipelines
  • English language 4 skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • High working flexibility to drive the team goal
  • Knowledge of Banking products and services.
  • Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in sales and customer service or business development
