Job Description

  • The Research Interviewer _ Mandalay is responsible for supporting research fieldwork and operations, participating in training and coaching interviewers, ensuring that fieldwork quotas are met in a timely manner, and reporting the field operation and ground situation to the research team lead.
  • Conduct interviews with KBZ and non-KBZ customers using various methods, including face-to-face, online, and telephone,
  • Fulfill the daily, weekly, and monthly fieldwork quotas assigned by the operations team leader,
  • Record data in the tracking spreadsheet to monitor quota completion for ongoing projects, Report operational status and ground conditions to the team leader,
  • Attend weekly, monthly, and ad hoc meetings organized by the research team.
  • Complete the daily, weekly, and monthly quota of fieldwork assigned by the research team lead
  • Report the field operations and ground situation to the research team lead,

Job Requirement

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage and document interview processes accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, including traveling to various locations as needed.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills in research field operations management
  • Prior experience with conducting interviews using CATI and CAPI methodologies, or working in a research environment, is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of using mobile devices or digital tools for data collection
