The main responsibilities of the role holder are to support and work closely with Business Units (BUs), Functions, Branch Operations and KBZPay Centers, liaise and coordinate with the respective line managers and work closely with HRBP for all employee relations related matters. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the banks strategies and initiatives to provide an effective handling of misconduct cases.
- Support and work closely with HR Leaderships for effective implementation of HR policies, procedures to support the businesses and effective handling of misconduct cases
- Responsible for resolve misconduct cases and disputes between employees and line managers, or coordinate grievance procedures to handle employee complaints and disciplinary actions in line with the banks policy framework;
- Review the policies and procedures in continual basis and ensure these are align as per prevailing rule and regulations;
- Analyze the current employee relation issues bank wide and propose change processes, workflows and the best solutions to reduce the business losses;
- Advise management on matters related to the employee discipline or grievance procedures.
- Serve as a POC (Point of Contact) for employee relation related matters and provide a guidance whichsoever necessary;
- Investigate and evaluate employee complaints or arguments, any misconduct cases
- Develop methods to monitor employee voices from different channel, resolves the issues by coordination and collaboration with related parties;
- Responsible for acquiring knowledge of the products/processes of the BU/Function/ Branch Operations and KBZPay Centers, HR processes/procedures and developing the skills required to support as Employee Relations Manager;
- Manage provision of HR query handling service for lifecycle, HR announcements, employee relations, disciplinary actions, compensation and benefits, learning & development and other services in within HR Service Centre SLAs
- Handle the other relevant tasks been assigned by a superior and provide a feedback/outcome in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Preferable Certification in HR management/ Law
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good in reporting & analytics
- Able to handle the pressure
- Timely manner of the task assigned
- Able to travel (if necessary)
- 5 ~10 years of experiences working under related field
