He/ she will report to the Creative Manager. He or she will be creating visual designs for KBZ Bank and KBZPay Campaigns and Marketing Materials. The primary responsibility of a design specialist is to assist the senior designers and creative team in creating visual designs for various mediums including digital, print, and other media.

Skill and Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers and the creative team in creating visual designs.
• Support the team in the creation of visual concepts, graphics, and layout for marketing materials, advertisements, social media, and other communication needs.
• Collaborate with other members of the creative team to develop concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Ensure all designs are visually compelling and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with design trends, software, and industry developments.
• Attend team meetings and contribute creative ideas and suggestions.

• Qualification & Requirements
• Bachelors degree or equivalent graphic design, visual communications, or a related field 2+ years related experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and
  InDesign
• Knowledge of graphic design principles, color theory, and typography
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take direction from senior designers
