QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

  • Responsible for analyzing data in order to develop and maintain plans to clear, motivate, and encourage the product services quality to improve processes and services quality.
  • Responsible for providing a context-specific process for improving the fitness of data used for analysis and decision-making.
  • Responsible for creating insights into the health of that data using various processes and technologies on increasingly bigger and more complex data.
  • Responsible for providing operational support to the various and crucial projects by assisting with stakeholders, Agents, Merchants and its owned team of market research, project management, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring the company accomplishes deadlines.

  • Establishing Quality Management System
    • to create and maintain a robust quality management system within the organization.
    • to define processes, procedures, and builds to ensure consistent quality across all aspects of production.
    • design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
    • to analyze data in order to find areas for growth or degrowth.
    Monitoring Quality Testing
    • to provide a context-specific process for improving the fitness of data used for analysis and decision-making.
    • To create the formulated strategies to increase the business plan.
    Compliance and Regulations
    • find out and monitor the unsuspicious data in the regular system and report back to the upline manager.
    • make sure up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to ensure the companys practices align with legal requirements.
    Report Management
    • Analyze monthly performance reports and share the findings with all stakeholders to reach setting targets
    • Review and analyze all tracking individually and take actions if it needs to be done
    • Prepare business performance reports to Line Manager on regular basis
    • find out the way to protect the business in order to result from data analytics.
    To collect and analyze quality assurance data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Specification 
  • Bachelors degree or associates with experience in the field.
  • Minimum 3 years in related fields.
  • Technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports.
  • Ability to analyse data and create and review processes.
  • Eye for details.
