Job Description 

To lead the execution, enhancement, and expansion of new and existing VAS products through effective coordination, performance monitoring, and cross-functional alignment to drive digital service growth.

Product Strategy & Development

  • Lead the design, enhancement, and execution of Value-Added Services (VAS) offerings such as Bulk-disbursement, B2B QR Pay, B2B e-commerce enablement, and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure all new and existing VAS products align with KBZ Banks strategic goals, regulatory standards, and customer needs.
  • Translate market insights and customer feedback into product improvement roadmaps.

Internal/External Coordination

  • Build and sustain strong commercial and technical partnerships with private sector entities, fintechs, and service providers.
  • Facilitate smooth integration processes in collaboration with Cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and agreed service quality benchmarks.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of live VAS services and ensure business continuity with minimal service downtime.
  • Coordinate across internal departments to resolve system or process issues impacting service quality.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, escalation matrices, and risk control measures for each VAS segment.

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze key metrics such as transaction volume, uptime, revenue, and user activity.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and insights for management review and decision-making.
  • Recommend data-driven actions to enhance adoption, retention, and profitability of VAS products.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all VAS operations comply according to internal policy requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional units to review new product initiatives and mitigate operational or reputational risks.

People & Resource Management

  • Supervise and mentor Business Solutions Supervisors to ensure quality performance, teamwork, and professional growth.

Manage resource allocation and contribute to cost-effective operational planning within the department.

Job Requirement 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred)
  • 6–8 years in digital banking, payments, or fintech product management 
  • Project management, partner relations, analytical thinking, product lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination
