Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £40,000 £45,000 (DOE)
Experience: 13 years PQE
Qualifications: Qualified in Scotland or England & Wales

With a strong focus on innovation and commercial awareness, this modern firm is seeking a talented and driven solicitor to join their team on a remote, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice to scaling businesses across a range of sectors

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts

  • Support on corporate transactions including business sales, shareholder agreements, and restructuring

  • Advise on data protection, intellectual property, employment matters, and commercial leases

  • Build strong relationships with entrepreneurial clients and deliver clear, pragmatic legal solutions

  • Collaborate with the wider legal team and contribute to team growth and development

  • Manage a varied caseload with the ability to switch between specialisms when needed

About You

  • 13 years PQE

  • Qualified to practise in Scotland or England & Wales

  • Background in either corporate law or commercial property

  • Willingness to develop skills across related areas (e.g., data protection, IP, commercial leases)

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide practical, solutions-driven advice

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change

  • Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
