Job Title: CAD Technician
Salary: Up to £34,000, depending on experience

About the Role
You'll be creating detailed CAD drawings for a variety of projects, covering mechanical and electrical building services, architectural layouts, and fire safety plans. Working closely with the team, youll ensure designs are accurate, clear, and practical. Site visits will give you hands-on insight, helping you bring projects to life with real-world understanding.

Our client is a well-established CAD services provider based in Cardiff. They specialise in delivering high-quality, accurate drawings for a range of industries. With a strong reputation for reliability and attention to detail, they support clients by turning complex information into clear, functional designs.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Duties
Produce detailed CAD drawings for mechanical and electrical building services
Create accurate architectural layouts
Design fire safety plans in line with project needs
Work closely with the team to ensure seamless project completion
Visit sites to gather information and refine designs
Key Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
A team-focused approach and strong communication skills
