About the Role
In this role, you'll oversee a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, guiding clients through every step of the process. From drafting contracts to negotiating terms and managing complex transactions, you'll be the go-to legal expert. Approximately two-thirds of your caseload will involve residential conveyancing, with the remainder focusing on commercial matters, including leases, equity release, and rural sales.
This position offers the chance to tackle unique challenges, such as title splits, lease extensions, and transactions involving trusts, charities, and other specialized entities. Whether you're handling a straightforward property sale or navigating the complexities of a pension trust, your work will be instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for your clients.

Working Hours
This is a full-time, permanent position, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Key Duties
Manage a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
Conduct legal research, prepare contracts, and handle negotiations.
Draft and review legal documents, including deeds, contracts, and agreements.
Provide clear, practical advice to clients, addressing their concerns throughout the process.
Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing regulations.
Handle specialized matters such as lease extensions, title splits, deeds of variation, and easements.
Key Requirements
Qualified Legal Executive / Solicitor with proven experience in conveyancing.
In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage your caseload, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in IT systems and legal software.
