About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately estimated, monitored, and controlled. From early cost planning and procurement to final financial closure, youll be key in ensuring project success. Your expertise will help guide projects to completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Fridays 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Key Duties
Cost planning and managing budgets across multiple projects
Preparing tender documents, contracts, and cost estimates
Conducting risk, value management, and cost control
Overseeing project valuations and financial reports
Managing procurement and subcontractor agreements
Liaising with the project management team to ensure cost-effective solutions
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of cost control, estimation, and budget management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
JCT Design & building residential experience
