Job Title: Italian-Speaking Sales Executive Sustainably Designed Merchandise & Packaging
Salary: £35,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000£60,000)
Location: Northwest London (Italian Sales Market)

We are currently seeking a fluent Italian-speaking Sales Executive to join a dynamic and creative international design and manufacturing company. Specialising in sustainably produced promotional merchandise, reusable packaging, and retail items, this company works with leading brands across fashion, beauty, retail, hospitality, and the arts. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-conscious, commercially driven sales professional to help expand business within the Italian market, while being based in London.

About the Role

In this London-based role, youll take the lead on managing and developing client relationships across the Italian market. You'll represent an award-winning brand known for producing high-quality, ethically made, design-led products such as reusable bags, retail packaging, beauty containers, promotional merchandise, and apparel. Youll collaborate with internal teams from concept and design to production and logistics to ensure each project is delivered on brief, on budget, and on time.

As part of your remit, you will also assist with sales budget planning and performance tracking, while proactively identifying new opportunities to grow the Italian market. Occasional travel to Italy for client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions is expected.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Office-based (Northwest London)
Travel to Italy and UK-based clients as required

Key Duties

  • Develop and manage B2B client relationships in the Italian market
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Lead consultative sales pitches and deliver bespoke product presentations
  • Understand client briefs and translate them into artwork mockups and production-ready formats
  • Coordinate project timelines and critical paths for event-driven and seasonal orders
  • Collaborate with teams in India on design, production, and logistics
  • Monitor and manage budgets, assist in financial forecasting and reporting
  • Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to build networks and generate leads
  • Stay informed on sustainable design and global fashion/retail trends

Key Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales preferably within fashion, textiles, graphic design, or promotional merchandise
  • Qualification in Fashion, Graphic Design, Textiles, Drawing, or a creative discipline (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to manage client relationships independently
  • Understanding of international logistics and the design-to-delivery process
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Highly self-motivated and commercially aware
  • Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Arabic) is a plus
