Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Key Duties

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse client portfolio.

  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts.

  • Provide strategic business advice, including cash flow management and financial forecasting.

  • Ensure compliance with the latest accounting standards and regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

  • Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).

  • Proficiency in cloud accounting software, with a preference for Xero.

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
