About the Role
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes
using locally sourced ingredients. You'll be instrumental in menu development, ensuring
every dish is served to perfection. Your creativity and attention to detail will help maintain our pub's reputation for serving consistently delicious food and seasonal specials.

With a spacious dining area, and a beer garden boosting the best views in the West Country, they focus on serving honest locally sourced food, and are committed to professional and personal development.
Working Hours
5-day working week ( two days off)
Split shifts
45 hours per week
Key Duties
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Participate in menu planning and development
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or experienced CDP
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients
