Job Title: Mechanic- progression to move into a Workshop Manager

Salary: Up to £37,500 per annum

This role offers the opportunity to work on a curated selection of modern classics and performance cars, with a clear path to advance into a Workshop Manager position.

About the Role:

As an experienced mechanic, you'll be responsible for the service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse range of high-end automobiles. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle meets the exacting standards expected by discerning clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a meticulous environment and is eager to contribute to a growing dealership renowned for its attention to detail. In this role there is progression to also move into their workshop manager.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Duties:

  • Perform comprehensive service and maintenance on high-end vehicles.

  • Conduct accurate diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues.

  • Execute repairs with precision, ensuring vehicles are restored to optimal condition.

  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to uphold the dealership's reputation for excellence.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a mechanic

  • Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and repair techniques.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
