Salary: £50,000 per annum (DOE) + Tips (6 000.00 P/A)

Working Hours
- 48 hours per week
- 5 days on, 2 days off
Key Duties
- Menu Creation: Design and implement innovative, seasonal menus that reflect the pubs ethos and culinary standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement of ingredients, managing supplier relationships, and controlling kitchen costs.
- Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met within the kitchen.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally within a gastro pub or similar setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory and budgets effectively.
