Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 based on experience
Location:Cross Hands, South Wales
About the Role
In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth transactions and providing expert advice to clients. Your duties will include handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity, and other aspects of both residential and/or commercial conveyancing. This position offers the potential for hybrid working, allowing you to balance your career with personal commitments.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 5:15 pm

Key Duties
Managing a full caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions
Liaising and engaging with clients, estate agents, and lenders, brokers and referral partners to ensure smooth progression of cases
Drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents
Conducting title investigations and resolving any issues that arise
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
To undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the firm
Key Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Being able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Must have at least 3 years PQE experience
