Are you an experienced Conveyancer with a passion for residential property law? Kamro have partnered with a vibrant and forward-thinking legal firm with a focus on residential conveyancing. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of primarily residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction to completion. Youll also have access to a dedicated team that handles pre-exchange, completion and registration tasks. The firm places a strong emphasis on quality, ensuring you can provide each client with the attention their case deserves.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 17:00pm.


Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

  • Providing high-quality service to clients and ensuring that each transaction progresses smoothly.

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Working closely with administrative teams to streamline the process.


Experience

  • Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload is essential.

  • Relevant qualifications in law or conveyancing are preferred, though experienced, non-qualified candidates will certainly be considered.

  • Excellent communication and client relation skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
