Are you an experienced Conveyancer with a passion for residential property law? Kamro have partnered with a vibrant and forward-thinking legal firm with a focus on residential conveyancing. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of primarily residential conveyancing transactions, from instruction to completion. Youll also have access to a dedicated team that handles pre-exchange, completion and registration tasks. The firm places a strong emphasis on quality, ensuring you can provide each client with the attention their case deserves.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 17:00pm.
Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Providing high-quality service to clients and ensuring that each transaction progresses smoothly.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with administrative teams to streamline the process.
Experience
Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload is essential.
Relevant qualifications in law or conveyancing are preferred, though experienced, non-qualified candidates will certainly be considered.
Excellent communication and client relation skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
