About the Role

As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards in our resort kitchens, which include the brasserie restaurant, fine dining conference & banqueting and Asian spa restaurant. You'll be responsible for menu planning, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring each dish is crafted to perfection. Your expertise will help drive culinary excellence and innovation.

Working Hours

You will work a 5-day week with various shifts, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Duties

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Develop and execute creative and seasonal menus
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food hygiene
  • Manage inventory and ordering supplies
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and safety protocols
