Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Hybrid arrangement, providing both flexibility and in-office engagement
Key Duties
- Providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing documents and records
- Handling inventory and supplies, including some light to moderate lifting tasks
- Assisting with data entry and general office management tasks
- Liaising with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle light to moderate lifting as required by certain tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
