Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Hybrid Role - Home and Site work
Key Duties:
Lead multiple projects, ensuring everything stays on track and within budget.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to keep communication clear and effective.
Develop project plans that outline objectives and deliverables.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.
Prepare updates and present them to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify risks and come up with strategies to manage them.
Create a positive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the design or construction industry.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
MS Office skills including use of Outlook and Excel.
