About the Role:
You'll be working in a multidisciplinary team, reporting to directors to develop precise designs and detailed construction drawings. This includes plans, elevations, and sections. Youll also visit sites to gather essential information and assist with project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Our client is a well-established consultancy firm that specialises in landscape design, regeneration, and strategic management. They are known for their bespoke approach, delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of their clients across various sectors. Operating from their Nottinghamshire base, they collaborate with high-profile clients across the UK and Ireland to create innovative, sustainable projects.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am 5 pm.
Key Duties:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, reporting to a director, to develop designs, plans, and drawings.
Prepare detailed construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and technical details.
Conduct site visits to gather site-specific information and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in coordinating project documentation, perform research, support report creation, and develop specifications.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure continued professional development and compliance.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a CAD Technician, with over 3 years in a similar role.
Expertise in software like CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Background in landscape projects is highly desirable.
