Legal Secretary
£25,000 £30,000 (profit related bonus included)

You’ll be supporting the private client team with a range of secretarial and administrative duties, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From preparing legal documents and correspondence to managing diaries and liaising with clients, your attention to detail and calm, professional approach will be key. Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00am 5:00pm
Key Duties
Providing secretarial support to solicitors, including audio typing and digital dictation
Drafting and formatting legal documents, letters, and emails
Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Opening, updating, and archiving client files
Liaising with clients by phone, email, and in person
Handling confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within private client work (wills, probate, powers of attorney)
Strong typing and IT skills (Microsoft Office, case management systems)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proactive and able to manage time effectively
Discreet, reliable, and calm under pressure
A warm, professional manner when dealing with clients and colleagues
