Telesales Executive

£22,500 (£32,000 - £35,000 OTE)

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and professional demeanour? Kamro have partnered with a digital marketing agency who focus on generating and managing leads for multiple home improvement companies such as double glazing, kitchen showrooms and bathroom companies. They help these companies obtain enquiries (leads) for their businesses.

As a Telesales Executive, you will manage and qualify leads, set appointments and conduct outreach through telephone calls and messages. The individuals you call will be people who have an already invested interest in their services, acquired through our clients marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities

  • You will be making multiple telephone calls per day to warm leads to try and book in as many appointments as possible.

  • Track and prioritise potential clients, assess their needs and budgets.

  • Arrange consultations and meetings between prospective clients and the sales team to ensure a high conversion rate from initial inquiry to scheduled appointments.

  • Effectively communicate appointment details clearly and concisely to avoid miscommunication.

  • Consistently continue to develop your knowledge regarding the industries they serve and products their clients sell.


Experience

  • This role prioritises your drive, good energy and eagerness to hit KPIs.

  • Experience in a professional, office environment would put you at a significant advantage for this role.

  • Time spent in a fast-paced working environment would be advantageous.

  • You need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • You need to be organised, self-disciplined and detail oriented to thrive in this position.
