Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Key Duties
Update production planners to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.
Ensure all sales orders are completed and accurate.
Maintain and monitor delivery schedules, coordinating with suppliers to avoid delays.
Assist in tracking inventory and resolving any delivery discrepancies.
Support internal and external teams to guarantee material availability when needed.
Verify order accuracy and play an active role in improving operational processes.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or operations assistant within the Outdoor living or Construction industry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A keen eye for detail and accuracy
IT Proficient and CRM Housekeeping experience
