As a Commercial Conveyancer, you will manage a caseload of commercial property transactions from inception to completion. Being the main point of contact for their clients, you will ensure their journey through the conveyancing process is seamless and stress-free.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of commercial property conveyancing matters from start to finish.
Conducting due diligence, including title searches, property investigations and environmental reports..
Preparing and reviewing commercial contracts, leases, and other related legal documents.
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and commercial lenders.
Providing expert advice and updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Handling financial transactions related to property sales and purchases.
Experience
Proven experience in conveyancing is imperative for this position.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and client care skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
