In this role, youll play an essential part in shaping high-quality, durable components for various applications, from interpreting precise 2D drawings to utilising both manual and CNC milling machines. You'll be working with a range of machinery, including Bridgeport horizontal and vertical mills, as well as versatile XYZ machines, ensuring each piece meets exacting standards. This role is perfect for a machinist who finds satisfaction in delivering finely crafted, accurate components and enjoys having control over every aspect of the production process, from set-up through to finishing touches.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7 am - 3:30 pm

Friday: 7 am - 12:30 pm

Key Duties

  • Accurately interpret 2D technical drawings and route card instructions.

  • Set up and operate both manual and CNC milling machines, including Bridgeport and XYZ models.

  • Perform precise milling, fitting, de-burring, surface grinding, and other general machine shop duties.

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards and ensure smooth production flow.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in CNC machining or similar metalwork roles.

  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, tooling, and machining processes.

  • A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
